9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Customer Cancellation Rights

Cooling-Off Period:

  • 7 days after contract signing to cancel without penalty

  • Full refund of deposit minus administrative costs (€50)

  • Must be communicated in writing

Before Equipment Delivery:

  • Cancellation possible with deduction of:

    • Equipment ordering costs

    • Permit application fees (non-refundable)

    • Administrative and design costs

After Equipment Delivery:

9.2 Company Cancellation Rights

  • Site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for installation

  • Structural integrity concerns arise

  • Access issues cannot be resolved

  • Utility company refuses grid connection

  • Local authority prohibits installation

Contract Breach:

  • Customer breaches material terms of agreement

  • Customer behavior is threatening or inappropriate toward our staff

Refund in Company Cancellation:

  • Full refund of all payments if we cancel

  • Exception: If cancellation due to customer misrepresentation or breach

9.3 Refund Process
